1How do I get a prescription refilled?
You can call or text us with the prescription number, or enter your request on the Jackson Pharmacy website or mobile app. Don’t have the prescription number handy? Don’t worry! We can look it up with your name, date of birth, and the name of your medication.
2How does texting the store work?
Just send a text to (706) 658-0064 like you would anybody else and you’ll immediately be connected to one of our helpful staff members! Send refill requests, ask a quick question, or send a picture of your insurance card and we’ll be glad to help right away.
3Can I get my prescriptions delivered?
We make deliveries every afternoon to customers within 5 miles of the store. Just call and request delivery before 2 pm and we’ll have your medications to your door the same day. And it’s FREE!
4Do prescriptions expire?
A prescription is valid for 12 months from the date it is originally written. Prescriptions for controlled substances expire 6 months after they are written. If you have a question about the validity of your prescription please contact one of our staff members.
5How do I transfer my prescriptions to Jackson Pharmacy?
Call us with your information, the information of the transferring pharmacy, and the prescriptions that you need to be filled and we will handle the rest.
6Can you tell me about Med Sync?
We can work with you and your physician to line up all of your medications to be automatically filled at the same time each month! Please speak to a staff member to set up this service.
7Do you take my insurance?
Probably! We are part of a large network of independent pharmacies who work together to gain access to favorable insurance contracts, however there are some plans with which we are not contracted. We’ll be glad to check and make sure we can help!
